Job summary

Kiddie Academy is seeking a caring, energetic 3-Year-Old Teacher to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children develop socially, emotionally, physically, and academically.

Responsibilities include implementing age-appropriate curriculum, maintaining classroom management, and fostering positive relationships with families. A HS diploma and CPR/First Aid are required or willing to obtain certification; ECE

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Early Childhood Education coursework preferred.
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements for childcare professionals.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment for children ages 3-4.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities in accordance with Kiddie Academy curriculum standards.
• Encourage learning through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones.
• Maintain daily communication with parents regarding their child's activities, accomplishments, and needs.
• Establish positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and child-related incidents as needed.
