Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) seeks a Preschool Teacher 2 to join a supportive teaching team in Plant City, FL. You will provide developmentally appropriate activities that nurture physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth in young children within a safe, nurturing environment.
You will work with an experienced Teacher, using the HighScope curriculum to shape daily routines and interactions, while collaborating with families and meeting RCMA and DCF requirements.

Works with an experienced Teacher to provide children with developmentally appropriate activities in a quality early childhood program that offers a safe and nurturing environment while supporting the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of young children and families. The Preschool Teacher 2 Performance Standard explains in detail the essential duties and responsibilities of this position and must be used as an integral part of this Job Description.
The Early Childhood Specialist provides guidance and direction for educational services and jointly, with the Center Coordinator, evaluates the job performance of the Preschool Teacher 2.
