Job summary

The Wonder Years Learning Center in Massachusetts is seeking an energetic Preschool Teacher to join an experienced team in a developmentally appropriate, play-based program with low staff-child ratios.

You will help implement the curriculum, support children's social and emotional growth, and communicate with parents. EEC certification is required; the role offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC preschool certification.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and classroom management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and engaging Preschool Teacher to join an experienced team. We are a developmentally appropriate, play based program offering low staff-child ratios and a small group size to better meet the needs of the children. Our curriculum is developed by the teachers and based upon the needs and interests of the children. This job is perfect for EEC certified teachers seeking more experience towards their Lead Teacher certification, those desiring to work in a play-based program or anyone wishing to work with a stable team of experienced teachers.
