Job summary

LeafSpring School at Three Chopt seeks experienced teachers with one to two years of classroom experience. Join our TEAM and make a real difference in the lives of our students and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 6 weeks-5 years.
• Caring, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2+ years of preschool or early childhood classroom experience preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred or in progress.
• CDA is a plus!
• Experience leading or mentoring other teachers is a plus.

Position Details

Location: 11001 Three Chopt Rd, Richmond, VA 23233

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$18 per hour, based on position and experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday (hours scheduled between 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)

No evening or weekend shifts.
