The role emphasizes creating a safe, inclusive environment, fostering literacy, and supporting staff growth within the Celebree framework. A relevant background and CPR/First Aid readiness help ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• This position requires knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages and licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational and communication skills; patience and flexibility.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• State-approved CDA credential or equivalent preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2+ years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative, developmentally appropriate lesson plans for preschool children.
• Create a warm, welcoming classroom where children feel safe and encouraged to learn through play.

• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
• The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred)
• State-approved Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent (preferred)
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• 2+ Years experience preferred
