Job summary

Celebree School of Bristow is seeking a Preschool Teacher to create a nurturing learning environment and deliver engaging preschool activities. You will support growth for children and assist aides in their development journey, aligning with Celebree’s mission and values.

Hours are Monday through Friday with various shifts; a collaborative team offers opportunities for professional growth and ongoing training in a franchise setting.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• This position requires comprehension of behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative, developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe and encouraged to learn through play.
• Integrate language-rich activities and early literacy into daily routines to build vocabulary.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the classroom and materials.
• Establish open communication with parents, sharing progress and updates.

Hours

Hours: Monday through Friday: All shifts are available (Morning, afternoon and evening)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative and developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster learning, curiosity, and exploration among preschool-aged children.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where preschoolers feel safe, valued, and encouraged to express themselves and learn through play.
• Integrate language-rich activities, storytelling, and early literacy experiences into daily routines to help preschoolers develop communication skills, vocabulary, and a love of reading.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the classroom environment, including materials, equipment, and play areas, to support optimal learning and exploration.
• Establish open and ongoing communication with parents, sharing insights, updates, and progress on their child's development.
