Job summary

Job Type

Part‑Time Mon–Fri (Consistent Shift: 8:00AM-1:45PM with extra hours until 4PM occasionally.)

Salary Range

$21.50-$23.00 / hour (Depending on experience and credentials).

A Day in the Life of a Lead Teacher

You won’t just be supervising; you’ll be facilitating discovery. On any given day, you will:

• Create and implement engaging, child‑led learning experiences based on our play‑based curriculum framework.
• Connect with parents through Brightwheel.
• Collaborate with your team during paid staff meetings to share ideas.

The Must‑Haves (Minimum Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 12 units of child development college courses.
• At least some experience working with children aged 2–5.
• A warm, empathetic communication style with both children and adults.
• Ability to pass a mandatory state background check and fingerprinting.
