Job Description

Kingdom Krew is a faith-based preschool, afterschool, and summer camp program focused on ministering to families by teaching Christian values and character. We aim to serve families through regular events that nurture family bonds. We seek enthusiastic, positive, creative, and nurturing individuals who have a Christian testimony and love children.

Program Teacher

This full-time position (30-40 hours/week) pays $19-22/hour, depending on education and experience. Minimum requirements include:

• A strong Christian testimony
• Experience working with children and a love for children
• 12 ECE units (completed or enrolled)
• Clear TB test and health screening
• Fingerprint clearance via the Department of Justice
• Physical ability to carry/lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally, and to work at an active pace
• Ability to accept supervision and guidance
• Good communication skills
• Dependability and flexibility
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
• Good sense of humor and customer service skills
• Ability to motivate and lead by example
• Dynamic and lively personality
