Join to apply for the Preschool Teacher role at Challenger School Foundation.

Challenger School is seeking enthusiastic, energetic individuals to join our preschool teams at our Dallas campuses. As a preschool teacher, you are the first experience a child has with school, and you will provide the foundation for their education. At Challenger, you will teach children to read and reason, and also foster individual responsibility, self-confidence, and independence. Our classes are fast-paced, fun, and follow a proven curriculum. We provide training and tools to help our teachers be effective and fulfilled. You will start in our paid teacher training program to learn our curriculum and teaching styles. After successful completion, you will be assigned your own classroom, either full or part-time, depending on campus needs.

Responsibilities

1. Thoroughly learn Challenger's curriculum, teaching methods, and philosophy.
2. Maintain a safe and productive classroom environment.
3. Prepare lesson plans and teach daily preschool classes.
4. Work patiently with students, parents, and coworkers.
