Job summary

The Learning Experience – University City in Philadelphia is seeking a reliable Part-Time Floater to support our Little Learners in morning or afternoon shifts.

You will help create a safe, engaging classroom, assist with daily lessons, supervise children, and communicate with families, while meeting state licensing and background requirements.

This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay of $17–$19 per hour, and opportunities for professional development in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in preschool, daycare, childcare, or Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CDA, ECE coursework or degree is a plus
• Must meet applicable state childcare licensing and background requirements

Pay:$17–$19 per hour

Position:Part-Time (Morning or Afternoon shifts)

Experience:Preschool, daycare, childcare, or Early Childhood Education experience preferred
