About the Role

As a Preschool Teacher at PC Tots, you will:

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate activities that support thesocial, emotional, cognitive, and physical growthof each child.
• Ensure thehealth, safety, and supervisionof every child in your classroom.
• Foster apositive, welcoming classroom culturewhere every child feels valued and supported.
• Build strong relationships with families and communicate daily about each child’s experiences and progress.
• Collaborate closely with fellow teachers and leadership to continuously improve our program.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine love for working with young children ages 3 to 5.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A warm, inclusive approach, with comfort in working with adiverse school population.
• Either aChild Development Associate (CDA), aBachelor's in Early Childhood Education, or be actively working toward one.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful connections with each child, encouraging confidence, self-discipline, and curiosity.
• Lead daily classroom activities using theCreative CurriculumandSecond Step Curriculum.
• Maintain open communication with families, sharing daily updates and developmental insights.
• Support classroom operations and contribute to a collaborative teaching environment.
• Take part in ongoing professional development and training.
