Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare
• Child Development Associate or college degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred
• Flexibility to work within business hours

Responsibilities:

• Implement an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Document and communicate children's milestones to parents
• Collaborate with team members to plan daily activities
• Observe and respect children's interests
• Maintain safety and intervene as needed
• Enhance children's play with language, toys, and activities
• Model social behaviors and expectations
