The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children. This role welcomes infants, toddlers, and preschoolers and emphasizes growth, curiosity, and a love of learning through our proprietary curriculum.

Teachers act as ambassadors of happiness, building strong relationships with families and the center team while delivering developmentally appropriate activities and maintaining a positive, collaborative

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of childcare or teaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices in early childhood education.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required.
• Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for working with children and supporting their growth.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and engaging classroom environment where children can learn, play, and grow.
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities aligned with early childhood education best practices.
• Support the developmental needs of infants, toddlers, and preschool children.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents through daily updates, mobile apps, and in-person conversations.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Collaborate with center leadership to support enrollment, retention, and family engagement.
• Follow all state childcare licensing regulations and center policies.
