The Learning Experience in Lakeway, TX is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children. You will implement our LEAP curriculum with engaging characters and build strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Join a team dedicated to helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive, with regular communication to parents about progress through a variety of channels.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or at least six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred or High School diploma/GED required.
• Caring and creative individual with a passion for teaching young children.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children.
• Implement the proprietary LEAP curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support a collaborative classroom.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children's progress through mobile apps and in-person discussions.
