Responsibilities:

1. Develop a careful and creative program suitable for specific age groups of children
2. Employ various educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, etc.) to teach children
3. Observe children to help improve social skills and build self-esteem
4. Guide children in developing artistic and practical skills through a structured curriculum
5. Organize nap and snack times, supervise children to ensure safety
6. Track children's progress and report to parents
7. Communicate regularly with parents to understand the children’s background and psyche
8. Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years experience in a licensed childcare facility (preferred)
