About The Role

Teaching preschool at Chesterbrook Academy offers teachers the opportunity to create and cultivate a purposeful learning experience for our youngest students. Teachers are encouraged to be creative and intentional when developing activities, you'll have the professional freedom to ensure instructional decisions are based on students interests and needs. Our teams collaborate and build relationships with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community as a whole.

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate's degree in ECE or completed CDA; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Ability to successfully pass a state and federal background check
  • Compliance with all state education and licensing standards
