Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meets state licensing and experience requirements for the role.
• Prior experience in early childhood settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage children in meaningful interactions to support development.
• Step into classrooms to assist during breaks or absences of assistants.
• Help maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and routines.
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with teachers and leadership.
• Model a supportive, flexible, team-oriented attitude.
• Supervise children and maintain safety standards.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and licensing regulations.
• Assist in maintaining child-to-staff ratios and classroom tasks.
