Resurrection Christian School in Loveland, Colorado, seeks a Preschool Substitute Teacher to assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing learning experiences for children up to 5 years old, fostering social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth in a safe environment.
You will help arrange centers, conduct story and circle time, and support inclusion, behavior management, and student observation to guide the lead teacher.

Resurrection Christian School is a private, non-denominational Christian college-preparatory school located in Loveland, Colorado. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in early childhood education preferred. ECT qualified or willing to receive training to be a certified preschool teacher or preschool teacher assistant required. Working knowledge of the subject matter assigned, classroom management, best practices and strategies, as well as the understanding of diverse student learning styles and needs is required. Hold or able to obtain First Aid and CPR certifications are a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Sheets and Google Documents are desired.
Must have excellent planning skills, be highly organized and detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and able to adapt to changing environments and priorities. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work productively and meet benchmarks and goals in a timely fashion. Strong interpersonal, organizational, facilitation and management skills are required.
The Preschool Substitute Teacher position requires intermittent physical activity including standing, walking, bending kneeling, stooping, crouching and lifting up to 40lbs on occasion. Must be able to talk, hear, stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods of time. Must possess normal manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
