Resurrection Christian School in Loveland, CO, is seeking a part-time Bus Driver to transport students, staff, coaches and volunteers to and from activities, field trips and sporting events.
The role requires a valid Colorado CDL with P2, S and Airbrake endorsements, a clean DMV record, and the ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol tests.
You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain vehicle cleanliness, report incidents, and participate in driver trainings.
The Bus Driver position is responsible for transporting the Resurrection Christian School students, staff, coaches and volunteers to and from the activities, programs, field trips, and sporting events.
Resurrection Christian School is a private, non-denominational Christian college-preparatory school located in Loveland, Colorado. Founded in 1998 by Rez.Church, Resurrection Christian School serves students from Pre-K through 12th grade. RCS is the largest Christian school in Northern Colorado, serving over 1100 families from 19 communities over a 25-mile radius. School enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year is approximately 1,470 students. RCS is fully accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI); AdvancED.

Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Be at least 21 years of age. Hold or able to obtain a valid Class B State of Colorado CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a P2, S and Airbrake endorsement. Have and maintain a clean DMV (Department of Motor Vehicle) record for the past 5 years. Pass the required Department of Transportation (DOT) drug & alcohol test and examinations; pre-employment, random and post-accident.
The Bus Driver must be able to talk, hear, stand, sit and/or walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in an outdoor environment with some exposure to extreme temperatures and a variety of weather conditions. Must be able stoop, kneel, bend, reach and pick up or move objects weighing up to 100 pounds and possess normal manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination. In the event of an emergency evacuation of a school bus, the driver must be able to assist in the evacuation of the students.
