AMAZING ATHLETES NORTH BAY CALIFORN is seeking a Preschool Sports Program Coach to inspire young athletes in Walnut Creek, CA. This role focuses on helping children discover the joy of movement through fun sports classes.

As a coach, you will lead engaging sessions, introduce key athletic skills, and ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere. If you are energetic and passionate about youth development, we invite you to join our team!

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children (ages 2–6) in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and teachers.
• Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for youth development.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various program locations in the East Bay area.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, age-appropriate sports and movement classes.
• Introduce foundational athletic skills like coordination and motor development.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
• Implement structured curriculum across multiple sports.
• Set up and break down equipment at program locations.
• Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques.

Amazing Athletes North Bay California is looking for an energetic and passionate Preschool Sports Program Coach to inspire the next generation of young athletes in Novato, CA! In this rewarding role, you'll introduce children to the joy of movement and sports in a fun, supportive environment. Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, age-appropriate sports and movement classes for preschool-aged children
• Introduce foundational athletic skills including coordination, balance, and motor development
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants
• Implement structured curriculum across multiple sports such as soccer, basketball, and volleyball
• Set up and break down equipment at program locations and partner facilities
• Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques

Requirements

• Experience working with young children (ages 2–6) in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and teachers
• Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for youth development
• Reliable transportation to travel to various program locations in the East Bay area
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Background in sports, physical education, child development, or a related field is a plus
