Family of Kidz in New York invites licensed pediatric speech-language pathologists to join our CPSE evaluation team serving preschools in the Northshore area (Glen Cove, Locust Valley, Oyster Bay and surroundings). You will conduct comprehensive CPSE evaluations, write reports, and collaborate with families, school staff, and supervisors.

NYS licensure (CCC-SLP, TSSLD/TSHH) and at least 1 year of pediatric experience are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current NYS licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• NYSED Certifications: TSSLD or TSHH.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children and families.
• Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish).

Responsabilités

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for your caseload.
• Administer and write up speech and language evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators regarding case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedule with assigned families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
