Family of Kidz is seeking a Pediatric Speech Therapist/Evaluator for preschool-age children (CPSE) to cover preschools and school districts across Westchester County. The role offers fee-for-service or potential full-time arrangements with flexible hours, focusing on evaluations and speech-language assessments in clinic, home, and school settings.

Requirements include NYS licensure as an SLP, CCC-SLP and NYSED TSSLD/TSHH certifications, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• NYSED Certifications: TSSLD or TSHH.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting children and families.
• Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish).

Responsabilités

• Design and implement individual and group therapeutic interventions.
• Administer and write up speech and language evaluations.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and coordinators regarding case management.
• Maintain accurate attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedule with families and school personnel.
• Collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and report progress quarterly.
• Attend CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations in clinic, home, and preschool settings.
