Nyman Associates is seeking compassionate Special Education Teachers who will support preschool students with varying educational and developmental needs in an early intervention setting. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to implement IEPs, monitor progress, and foster a supportive, engaging classroom environment.

Qualifications

• State Department of Education Certification (Required).
• Experience teaching in an early intervention or preschool setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implementing strategies and interventions consistent with students' individual needs, interests, and abilities
• Adapting curriculum and developing lesson plans aligned with students' IEPs
• Implementing classroom management strategies that support student participation and learning
• Conducting assessments and progress monitoring activities
• Collaborating and consulting with IEP team members
• Supporting and guiding Assistant Teachers and classroom Paraprofessionals
• Developing and implementing activities and strategies that promote student growth and development
