Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies and interventions aligned with each student's IEP.
• Develop and adapt curriculum and lesson plans for preschool learners.
• Use classroom management techniques to promote participation and learning.
• Conduct assessments and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with IEP team and supervise assistants.
• Provide guidance to paraprofessionals.
• Plan activities that foster growth across developmental domains.
