Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold MA DESE license: Special Education - Severe Disabilities.
• Experience with Autistic students; Applied Behavioral Analysis and Discrete Trial Training.
• At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
• Master degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver specialized instruction based on students’ developmental levels and IEP goals/objectives.
• Utilize Assistive and Augmentative Communication with students.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to create a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Train and oversee classroom paraprofessionals.
• Maintain compliance with mandated Special Education guidelines.
• Conduct annual review team meetings.
