Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Preschool Special Education Teacher to support PCD students in Bennettsville, SC. In this role, you’ll provide individualized instruction, develop IEPs, and create inclusive learning environments that help students succeed.

You’ll work with a collaborative district and a supportive, therapist-run team. Starting at the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year, for the entire school year, full-time 1.0 FTE, with possible availability for Summer 2026.

Qualifications

• Must hold SC state teaching license in SPED Multicategorical and Early Childhood.
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills.
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Provide specialized instruction across academic subjects.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a structured, supportive environment.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
