Job summary

Soccer Shots Southwest Florida is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to lead sessions for children ages 2 to 9 in Lehigh Acres, Florida. You’ll use Soccer Shots’ curriculum, manage field setup, and support kids’ confidence and character through positive coaching.

The role offers a flexible schedule with training provided; base pay starts with a training rate of $16/hour, rising to $21/hour after training and potentially up to $37/hour with advancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead soccer sessions for ages 2–9 using Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Set up and take down equipment for sessions.

• Participate in trainings and ongoing coaching development.

Schedule

• Mondays through Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings are available
• Saturdays: mornings are required
• Sundays: Once a month coaches meeting in the afternoon/evening.
