Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support birth-5 learners across Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties in Oregon. You will provide comprehensive speech-language services to develop communication skills, language, and participation in early childhood settings.

Responsibilities include designing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with teachers and families, documenting progress, and communicating recommendations to the educational team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master's degree in SLP or related field.
• Active Oregon SLP license.
• CCC-SLP highly preferred.
• Fingerprint clearance for K-12 school clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech-language services to birth-5 children.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate recommendations to the educational team.
