Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support birth-5 learners across Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties in Oregon. You will provide comprehensive speech-language services to develop communication skills, language, and participation in early childhood settings.

Responsibilities include designing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with teachers and families, documenting progress, and communicating recommendations to the educational team.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a master's degree in SLP or related field.
  • Active Oregon SLP license.
  • CCC-SLP highly preferred.
  • Fingerprint clearance for K-12 school clearance.

Job description

Help young children find their voices and build a strong foundation for success! Cross Country Education is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to support children across Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties, OR in developing the communication skills they need to learn, connect, and thrive during their earliest years.

Position Overview
  • Provide comprehensive speech-language services to children ages birth-5, supporting communication, language development, and participation across early childhood educational settings.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies based on each child's communication needs, developmental level, and educational goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication development and promote positive outcomes for children.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, monitor progress, and communicate recommendations and child needs with the appropriate educational team.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid OregonSpeech-Language Pathology(SLP) License
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) (Highly Preferred)
  • Fingerprint clearance required, including two sets of fingerprints for applicable K-12 school clearance requirements
