Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support preschool students (ages 3-5) across multiple school sites. You will provide direct and consultative services, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with another SLP and MDT members.

The role offers flexibility with start date through June 17, 2026, including teletherapy options and a healthy work-life balance. Experience in schools or pediatric healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC or CFY).
• Current California SLP license or eligibility.
• Experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and practices.
• School-based or healthcare support experience for SLPA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to preschool students.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations and progress.
• Collaborate with another SLP and multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver services in person and via teletherapy platforms.
