Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha seeks a Scamps Pre-school Manager to lead the development, promotion, operation, enrollment, retention and maintenance of the pre-school program, including delivering a minimum of six teaching hours per session.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and implement programs according to the plans.
• Develop relationships with youth to recruit participation.
• Promote and develop leadership skills to members.
• Implement and enforce Club rules and policies.
• Ensure a safe, healthy environment in Youth Areas and center.
