A Preschool Program Manager will accept the philosophy of Cadence Education and will work as part of the teaching team to encourage a positive learning environment for all children within the center. Document and share with parents the important milestones in a child’s day, spend time in classrooms to perform assessments on teachers to help them improve their skills. Collaborate with other passionate preschool teachers and leaders to ensure that the curriculum created by our teachers is developmentally appropriate. Lead, mentor, and model behaviors for a team of teachers, including conducting trainings, onboarding new employees, and managing classroom supply budgets. Provide a communication link between management and employees, enabling the exchange of ideas, attitudes, suggestions, and concerns regarding the program.
