Scope of Services:

1. Assist the State in expanding OCD DRU's use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery.
2. Manage grants based on complexity and evolving programs.
3. Provide plans and reports on the progress of Intelligrants usage by OCD DRU throughout the lifecycle.
4. Expertise in Intelligrants grant management software installation and usage by public sector entities is mandatory.
5. Familiarity with status reporting and program management to inform OCD DRU and OTS leadership is required.
6. Desirable but not mandatory: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
