Job summary

Cadence Education is seeking a dynamic Preschool Program Manager to lead our preschool programs and guide a team of teachers. You will mentor staff, ensure engaging, age-appropriate curricula, and manage program budgets to keep classrooms thriving.

You’ll spend time in classrooms coaching teachers, collaborating on developmentally aligned lesson plans, and partnering with families to celebrate each child’s milestones.

Qualifications

• Requires EEC Lead Teacher Certification in infant, toddler and preschool programs.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a preschool classroom.
• At least 1 year of experience managing programs or leading others.
• Schedule flexibility to work any shift needed between 7am - 6pm.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.

• Lead by example, modeling behaviors that inspire your team to excel.
