Job summary

Alpha Austin is seeking a Preschool Program Coordinator to lead coaching for PreK Guides, design play-based learning themes, and track milestone progress with real-time data. Onsite in Austin, relocation support provided.

You will spend time in classrooms and in curriculum design, coaching Guides to meet measurable goals, and preparing families with evidence-based updates. This six-figure role includes day-one health, dental, and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field; Master's is preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional experience with children ages 3 to 5, including as lead or primary teacher.
• Experience designing play-based curricula and tracking developmental milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 and small-group coaching sessions for PreK Guides, modeling techniques and celebrating measurable wins.
• Design and facilitate play-based learning blocks balancing SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.
• Review and calibrate Guide documentation weekly for rubric alignment and actionability.
• Prepare family updates and run team huddles aligning priorities and campus PreK readiness goals.
