Job summary

Alpha Austin is hiring for an Early Childhood Instructional Coach. You will lead coaching sessions for PreK Guides, design play-based blocks across SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor skills, and review documentation weekly to keep milestone progress visible.

This hands-on leadership role requires 5+ years with children ages 3-5, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and experience coaching teams. In person at the Austin campus with relocation support; six-figure compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field.
• Master's or specialized training preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years of professional experience with children ages 3–5, including leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 and small-group coaching sessions for PreK Guides and celebrate measurable wins.
• Design and facilitate play-based blocks balancing SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.
• Review and calibrate Guide documentation weekly for rubric alignment and actionability.
• Prepare family updates and run team huddles toward campus-wide PreK readiness goals.
