Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood or Elementary Education.
• 3–5 years of ECE teaching experience.
• At least 3 years supervising in an early learning environment.
• Knowledge of services for children with diverse learning needs.
• Understanding of ADA and IDEA in early learning programs.
• Pedagogical/Operational Administrator credits in ECE/Child Development (12–35).

Responsibilities

• Implements and supervises operations of special programming and events.
• Monitors licensing, accreditation docs and program reports.
• Supervises at least 2.0 FTE employees and manages hiring, performance and discipline.
• Assists in developing and auditing the unit budget.
• Governs tuition account activity and processes invoices.
• Liaises with internal and external stakeholders for clear information.
• Oversees daily activities of early childhood staff to ensure safety.
• Communicates unit activities to leadership and stakeholders.
• Assists with curriculum development, professional development and policies.
