Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum and Instruction: Implement age-appropriate lesson plans, foster a love of learning, observe and assess children's development.
• Classroom Management: Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive environment; manage routines and transitions; address behavioral issues positively.
• Family Communication: Maintain open communication, conduct conferences, encourage family involvement.
• Health and Safety: Ensure cleanliness, adhere to safety guidelines, supervise children.
• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training, stay current with best practices, collaborate with staff.
