ServingSchools is seeking an Itinerant Pediatric Physical Therapist for the Downeast region (Brewer site) to serve preschool children birth to 5 years. The role requires travel to multiple locations and occasional home visits, working within IFSP/IEP teams to evaluate and treat.

Collaboration with multidisciplinary staff is essential to meet regulatory and IDEA requirements. The position is full-time, calendar year, with a 40-hour work week and benefits including state medical coverage,

Qualifications

• State license as a Physical Therapist in Maine.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence.
• Background checks including fingerprinting and references.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to birth-5 children under IFSP/IEP.
• Participate in evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Contribute to ISFP/IEP goals and documentation.
• Collaborate with CDS team and providers for service delivery.
• Maintain records for MaineCare and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to Ellsworth, Machias and home-visits as needed.
