Qualifications include an Associate or Bachelor's Degree, or successful completion of the GACE Ethics and Paraprofessional assessments. This is salaried but non-exempt within the Paraprofessional Salary Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Use instructional strategies to support learning.
• Provide support to students in resource, self-contained and/or regular classrooms.
• Assist with IEP/behavior/healthcare plan requirements and accommodations.
• Perform duties to meet needs of diverse student populations, including supervision and safety.
• Assist with preparation of instructional materials and learning centers.
