Responsibilities

• Assist with classroom management, behavior guidance, and classroom coverage when needed.
• Conduct classroom evaluations and ensure teachers follow school SOPs and policies.
• Help train new staff and provide ongoing teacher support.
• Answer phones, assist families, and complete administrative office tasks.
• Contact prospective families, follow up on enrollment leads, and schedule tours.
• Monitor classroom supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate supply orders.
• Assist with social media, school promotions, and event announcements.
• Monitor classroom safety, cleanliness, organization, and overall quality.
