You will oversee daily operations, promote the school’s vision, and support teachers through Balanced Learning implementation and ongoing staff development.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and adherence to licensing standards to ensure a nurturing environment for children, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Meets local childcare regulatory requirements and Primrose School of Denver North policies.
• Minimum two years in a licensed childcare facility or related program preferred.
• Experience in management, business or public relations preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs for program activities and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provides front desk coverage for morning and afternoon peak times.
• Promotes school vision and mission and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Delivers superior customer service to families and staff.
• Supports enrollment growth and cost-control initiatives.
• Leads staff with ongoing professional development and Balanced Learning implementation.
• Collaborates with Leadership Team to train new staff and monitor classroom outcomes.
