Job summary

Primrose School of Denver North is seeking a Preschool Lead Teacher to guide children from infancy through pre-kindergarten using our Balanced Learning approach. You’ll design meaningful, play-based activities and provide a nurturing, safety-first classroom environment.

You will promote development in language, literacy, math and science while partnering with families to support each child’s growth and curiosity every day.

Qualifications

• Meet local childcare regulatory requirements.
• Experience working in licensed early childhood programs preferred.
• Understanding of child development from infancy through pre-kindergarten.
• Physical ability to actively engage with children (lifting up to 35 lbs.)
• ECE/Lead Teacher credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Create Wonder-Filled Learning Experiences.
• Design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that make learning feel like play.
• Guide children through language, literacy, early math, and science discoveries.
