Cares Incorporated is seeking a preschool teacher to join our organization. You will plan and present age-appropriate activities to support development, intellect, and creativity.

Create a safe, fun learning environment; develop daily schedules; and document observations. Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

The role requires passion for working with children, excellent communication, and commitment to licensing standards.

Formación

• Associate or bachelor's degree in ECE with at least 15 ECE credits.
• At least 2 years of childcare or teaching experience.
• Passionate about working with children and patient.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide preschool activities to promote development, intellect, and creativity.
• Create a fun, healthy, and safe learning environment.
• Develop schedules and routines for activity, rest, and play.
• Create lesson plans, calendars, and follow curriculum.
• Document developmental observations in an assessment portal.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Communicate daily activities and progress to parents; conduct conferences.
• Maintain health and safety according to licensing standards.
