Job summary

The Goddard School is seeking a dedicated teacher to help deliver a premium early childhood education experience in our state-of-the-art facilities. You will coordinate daily class activities, plan engaging lessons, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children aged six weeks to six years old.

You will collaborate with a supportive team, work closely with parents, and contribute to a culture of growth, high standards, and continuous development across the school.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (required).
• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
• 2-4 years of previous experience preferred.
• Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Lead teachers coordinate daily operations of assigned classes.
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment.
• Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
