Responsibilities

Implement curriculum and Head Start standards in daily activities.
Administer Ages and Stages developmental screenings.
Track child progress using curriculum software.
Collaborate with CAP staff, families, volunteers, and partners.
Conduct home visits and parent conferences per child.
Develop daily schedules and weekly lesson plans based on observations.
Meet Head Start standards and licensing requirements.
Document Monthly Reports, Attendance, Meal Count, Family Contacts, and injuries.
