Qualifications

• CDA/AA/BA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Experience in a licensed center is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use creativity and Goddard Developmental Guidelines to design unique, engaging lesson plans.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communicate effectively, and motivate children positively.
• Write quality lesson plans tailored to students’ needs and abilities.
• Establish proactive, positive parent communication and collaboration.
• Comply with all state and Goddard Systems, Inc. regulations and school policies.
