Job summary

The Goddard School in Indiana seeks an enthusiastic, nurturing teacher to plan, present, and evaluate age-appropriate activities for children while maintaining a safe classroom environment. You will work daily with children and their families to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences.

Ideal candidates have an Early Childhood Education degree (Associate or Bachelor), CDA preferred, with 1–2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CDA credential preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and meet safety requirements.
• Background check eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, presenting, and evaluating educational and recreational activities in a safe environment.
• Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
• Maintain classroom safety, organization, and appropriate student–teacher ratios.
• Collaborate with staff and directors to support child development and learning goals.
