Job summary

The Learning Experience - Foxboro, MA is seeking a Preschool Lead Teacher certified by EEC to guide daily activities and lead our early education curriculum. You will drive literacy, math, science, language, creativity, and social-emotional growth in a nurturing classroom.

Qualifications

Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Preschool Lead Teacher.
Professional Preschool or early childhood classroom experience required.
Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily Preschool classroom routines and learning activities.
Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
Create engaging experiences supporting literacy, math, science, language, creativity, and social-emotional development.
Encourage independence, problem-solving, communication, and positive peer relationships.
Use positive guidance and consistent classroom routines.
Observe and document children's development.
Guide and support Assistant Teachers.
Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families.
Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom.
Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.
