Job summary

Cadence Education is hiring a PreK Lead Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. You’ll create a warm, inclusive classroom and build positive relationships with children and families.

You will plan, implement, and document developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Cadence programs, maintain safety, and participate in required trainings and meetings. Experience in childcare and compliance with licensing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Safety procedures: follow all safety protocols and health guidelines.
• Manage a classroom environment with structure and care.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Education preference: Associate or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Credentials such as CDA, CCP, EEC or NAC are valued.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Build positive, professional relationships with children and families.
• Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Cadence programs.
• Use Cadence systems to communicate professionally with families and staff.
• Maintain a safe, supervised classroom following Safety Manual.
• Document accidents and incidents per policy and licensing rules.
• Follow Cadence policies and participate in trainings and meetings.
